Earlier today, our services were impacted by an outage caused by an external connectivity provider. Multiple carrier connections, including several fiber-related incidents affecting one carrier and a hardware issue involving a network card with another. This resulted in a temporary loss of connectivity to various Greenshades applications and services. We’re happy to share that the issue has now been fully resolved, and all systems are operating normally. Our team monitored the situation closely throughout the event and worked with the carriers until full restoration was confirmed.
