Earlier today, some users experienced difficulty accessing certain areas of the Greenshades platform. This was caused by a subset of SSL certificates that were not successfully updated during a scheduled renewal process, resulting in temporary access disruptions.
Our team identified and resolved the issue promptly. All services have been fully restored and we have confirmed no data was lost and no security issues were present at any point during this incident.
We have taken steps to improve our certificate renewal process and monitoring to prevent a recurrence. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any disruption this may have caused.
